Very popular here in China is Ping Pong. Kids and adults alike play it, in my art school here there are around 20 tables. Its sort of the national pass time with football (soccer) that many people can enjoy.

This is not an uncommon sight, kids playing ping pong in dirty run down areas. I found the broken table of some interest so I had to get it in this shot.

Im quite fond of this shot because it shows the action of them playing yet also shows the calmness and details of the surroundings.

I rmemeber those...but the tables were never like that. Maybe because I used to live in the city. heh.

:wow: man, table tennis is AWESOME. thats crazy that those kids are playin on a table like that. Those are some rough pingpong conditions. Incredible shot, I love the detail, the part of the image in the upper right hand corner looks cool. Great stuff man :+fav:

yeah, not to stereotype or anything but what is with asian people and pingpong.... they just started a ping pong club at my school and it is 90% asian... o well I am no good at ping pong anyways... Good shot though! gehtto table.. Keep up the good work colin!

Ping pong...indeed the Chinese sport. xD Reminds me of when my parents and their friends got together in a garage and played. Very fun to watch. That is the coolest table I've ever seen. O_o It's so broken down and old. Very cool. :D
