Drool…I can't help it, I have to rave some more. The Yashica GSN is everything my Canon stuff is not with the single exception of having shutter speed in the viewfinder. Its not so much the body that takes the cake for me, it's the silly fact that the lens on the end of this camera is sharper then any of that canon L glass I have used and produces such smooth tones that I feel like I dolt for still wanting a Leica. I mean how much better can Leica be then this? Btw, the more I use this the more im convinced of this lens's Zeiss roots. Many experienced photographers have looked at the camera and pictures and came to the same conclusions I have, this lens has quality in spades. Now if I could only find a place that wont *&^$ up my negatives when they are developing them…

Ok anyway, enough raving about that camera, the last few weeks I have gone on several photo trips and taken a lot of photos that are post worthy, the problem is I don't know where to start with all of them, so I stared with that duck shot I took on the way back from a trip into the country. Even though I shot it though a dirty taxi cab window it looks yummy.

Ehem…ill get to work on posting some stuff. Hey Deviant Art admins, you listening? Add a damn albums option for the gallery already!

Wow, the duckshot is nice. And yeah, I totally know what you are talking about when it comes to the yashica glass. My GX has a similar lens, 40mm f1.7, and the quality is just awesome. If you want to have a look: [link] , [link]
Just lovely! And the aperture priority together with the fast lens is great for lowlight photos!
